These terms govern your use of Zapnex AI services, operated by Indgns Style & Co LLC (registered in Wyoming, USA). By using our services or submitting our contact form, you agree to these terms.
We provide custom AI automation, workflow design, AI agents, voice bots, and integration services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals sent after your initial inquiry.
Single Build packages are billed as a one-time fee before work begins. Monthly managed plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice. Paid amounts for the current billing cycle are non refundable, but you will not be charged for subsequent cycles. Upon cancellation, you retain all automations and documentation delivered to date.
You own all custom automations and workflows we build specifically for you. We retain rights to general frameworks, templates, and methodologies used across multiple clients. We may showcase anonymized results in case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We will not disclose your business information, credentials, or data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver reliable automations. However, automations depend on third party services (OpenAI, Google, Twilio, etc.) whose availability and behavior may change. We are not liable for downtime or service disruptions caused by third party providers.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
