Zapnex AI (operated by Indgns Style & Co LLC, a Wyoming, USA registered company) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the intake form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, role, automation requirements, budget range, and timeline. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) through our hosting provider.

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry with a custom proposal, deliver our services if you become a client, and improve our offerings. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Client data

For clients, we may access business data required to build and operate your automations (emails, CRM records, documents, etc.). All client data is treated as confidential, stored securely, and only used for the agreed scope of work. We do not use client data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering your automations.

5. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years unless you request deletion. Client data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 90 days after termination, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@zapnex.ai and we will respond within 7 business days.

7. Third party services

We use trusted third party services including Vercel (hosting), Formspree (form submissions), and Cloudflare (email routing and DNS). Each has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
